My metrocard money feels safe.

Thursday, November 25th, 2004

So, yesterday when getting out of the subway, stacey and I happened upon this and this.

For those that can’t tell, it’s an MTA metrocard vending machine that has rebooted, and hung looking for a bootable drive. Specs from what we could see:

Celeron proc
128MB of RAM
5.5GB of hdd space.
USB on it somewhere (keypads maybe?)

I love when technology just fails.

In other news, blog spammers have found my site, so for now comments are disabled til i find some good WP plugins for stopping this sh*t. sigh.

I’m home!

(Preface: I could care less if people know where I live. I’ll be paranoid in my own special ways, thank you very much).

so, this week stacey (my gf for those who missed it) started working at a new job, working with Keyhole among other things. Well, this evening she sends me an email with two photos. Lo and behold, there’s my apartment, good ol’ Franklin & Gates:

Franklin & Gates

now that’s some cool sh*t.

That just rules.

I want some of that.

WTF? Whatever it is that the majority of our nation is smoking, I want some. That the people could be so convinced by lies and deception makes me sad and scared.

I’m going to finish my canadian citizenship paperwork today. Maple leaf, how I will come to love thee.
